Food & AlcoholMSI is the designated caterer for the State Fair Center. If you decide to use an outside caterer, 10% of the bill must be paid to the NDSF. You may choose to bring in food prepared by you or your family at no charge. MSI will provide a full cash bar at no charge. For more information contact MSI at (701) 852-3045.
InsuranceA $1 million liability insurance certificate must be provided to the Fair.This may be purchased through our office. Rate is $100 per event.
EquipmentClick here for a list of different equipment we offer, including prices for tables, chairs and set-up.
Set-UpAn optional move-in day may be available for 1/3 the cost of the daily rental. All decorating styles and techniques are acceptable as long as fire codes are maintained and the building is not permanently altered or damaged. Set up help is available for a cost of $15 per laborer per hour. The North Dakota State Fair staff will handle all of the cleanup and janitorial needs after the event.
