The unique design of our complex offers flexibility when planning for any size group. Our facilities have several room options available depending upon your anticipated number of guests. Listed are a few of the most common rooms used for wedding ceremonies.

Food & Alcohol

MSI is the designated caterer for the State Fair Center. If you decide to use an outside caterer, 10% of the bill must be paid to the NDSF. You may choose to bring in food prepared by you or your family at no charge. MSI will provide a full cash bar at no charge. For more information contact MSI at (701) 852-3045.


Insurance

A $1 million liability insurance certificate must be provided to the Fair.
This may be purchased through our office. Rate is $56.47 for under 200 people and $78.60 for more than 200 people.

Set-Up

An optional move-in day may be available for 1/3 the cost of the daily rental. All decorating styles and techniques are acceptable as long as fire codes are maintained and the building is not permanently altered or damaged. Set up help is available for a cost of $15 per laborer per hour. The North Dakota State Fair staff will handle all of the cleanup and janitorial needs after the event.
