- There are three Commercial Buildings and outdoor spaces with a total of 612 spaces.

- Range from $300 - $750, depending on size and location.

- 17 1/2% collected on gross sales. (Deposit guarantee.)

No refunds on space(s) deposits will be made. Fifty percent (50%) of space cost is required when the contract is issued. Gate admission is $8.00 per day or season tickets for concessionaires are $25.00.
Normally there are more applications for space than space available (applications will be reviewed upon first come first served basis) and the exhibits space department in its review of these applications, shall exercise its best judgment in determining what is in the best interest of the State Fair and its patrons. |
