Contracts |

| Every individual or company doing business on the Fairgrounds must have a signed contract. Concessionaires or exhibitors are prohibited from assigning, subletting or transferring a space that has been allotted to them, nor shall they sell any product that has not been listed on the contract or approved by the Fair management. | |
Insurance |
|
| One million dollar liability insurance must be provided to the North Dakota State Fair with the North Dakota State Fair Association and the State of North Dakota as additionally insured. Insurance is also available through an agent working with the State Fair. | |

Vendors |

| You need to make up your schedules with your suppliers. THE VENDORS MUST BE OFF THE FAIRGROUNDS BY 10:30 AM... MAKE YOUR PLANS ACCORDINGLY. | |

| There is a currency exchange, change, and Cash Card Machine located in the State Fair Center lobby. No check cashing available. | |
Parking/Camping |

| Minot is well-provided with first-class hotels, motels, and trailer parks to meet the requirements of visitors. A listing shall be enclosed with your contract. A camping space on the State Fair grounds may be arranged through the State Fair Office in advance. Prices will be as follows: Electricity - $15.00/night; and Tents - $10.00/night; No services - East lot - Free |
